What does Spring AI Studio actually build?
Four things: custom AI solutions (products, portals, and internal tools built around a model), AI agents and skills that do real work inside your business, AI integrations into the systems you already run, and hands-on AI advising and training for your team.
Can we hire you for strategy on its own?
Strategy is included in the work rather than sold as a separate product. Every engagement starts by understanding the business and prioritizing which bets are worth making — but the output is a working system, not a deck.
How long does a project take?
Small working systems in weeks, not quarters. You usually touch the first real output within the first couple of weeks, which is also the cheapest moment to tell us we've read the problem wrong.
What does it cost?
It depends entirely on scope, so we don't publish a rate card. After a 30-minute conversation about your actual problem you'll get a straight answer on what it would take — including when the honest answer is that it isn't worth building.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Code, prompts, infrastructure, and documentation are handed over in full, along with the training to run them. If we disappeared tomorrow, your team could keep the system running.
Do you train our team, or just build for us?
Both, and often in the same engagement. Workshops are hands-on and role-specific, run against your real work rather than toy examples, so the capability stays in your building after we've left it.
What is an MCP connector, and do we need one?
It's an agent-native surface: a way for an AI assistant to use your business as a tool rather than merely mention it. It matters if your customers increasingly arrive through an assistant instead of a search box. If they don't, we'll tell you so.
